Where possible, Atomic Lifting will collect personal and health information directly from you rather than from third parties.

Your information will primarily be used to provide and manage your coaching service.

Atomic Lifting will not sell your personal information.

Your information will not be used for marketing purposes unrelated to your coaching without appropriate permission.

8. Progress Photos, Videos and Testimonials

Progress photos and videos provided for coaching purposes will be used for coaching and progress tracking.

Your:

  • Progress photos

  • Videos

  • Testimonials

  • Transformation information

  • Before-and-after images

will not be publicly shared or used for advertising, social media, testimonials or other marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Choosing not to provide marketing consent will not affect your ability to receive coaching.

9. Disclosure of Information

Atomic Lifting may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to third-party service providers that assist with operating the business.

  • Forms and document management

  • Coaching software

Client information will only be accessible to people who reasonably require access for the operation of Atomic Lifting.

11. Overseas Storage and Processing

Some technology providers used by Atomic Lifting may store or process information outside Australia.

Depending on the services used, information may be processed in locations including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union and United Arab Emirates, as well as other locations used by global service providers.

Atomic Lifting will take reasonable steps when selecting and using third-party service providers to help protect client information.

12. Retention of Information

Atomic Lifting will retain personal and health information for as long as reasonably required to provide coaching, maintain business records and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Where Victorian health-record retention requirements apply, health information may need to be retained for a minimum period after coaching has ended.

Once information is no longer reasonably required and there is no legal requirement to retain it, Atomic Lifting will take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify the information.

You may request access to personal or health information Atomic Lifting holds about you.
